"The complete idiot" These are the users that run Internet explorer, never have the latest patches dont have any AV because there free 3 month subscription on Norton ran out and they cant be bothered to pay for the update. They also install Kazaa and every other file sharing app around so there machine is full of crapware. But these people are great . . . do you know why? Because they pay people like me around £30 - £50 to come round and sort it out of a weekend. I likes those people! hmmm, you missed out one category!
